Great location, but be cautious

The location is excellent for exploring Chattanooga, with friendly staff and a decent breakfast offering. during my stay, I noticed some cleanliness issues, including musty smells and stains. Be sure to inspect your room thoroughly upon arrival to ensure a comfortable experience.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect, with several restaurants and stores within walking distance. I experienced some issues with front desk service that overshadowed the positives.

great staff, clean rooms, comfortable stay

the stay here was really nice for 2 nights. the staff was outstandingly accommodating, exceptionally kind all the time. the breakfast was freshly cooked with hot waffle maker and the waffles, as for instance, had everything you could want. the hotel's location was magnificent, right by other restaurants, common areas, and all the different tourist attractions.

The room was spacious and clean, featuring comfortable pillows that allowed for a restful sleep. The convenient location offered easy access to shopping and dining. I appreciated the nice Dove minis in the bathrooms, which were gentle on the skin. the room felt humid, and the old under-window AC unit struggled to keep the temperature comfortable. Road noise occasionally disturbed my wife’s sleep. Breakfast was good, though a few stock issues could improve it. Staff like Rajiv were accommodating, but some others displayed snarky attitudes. attention to humidity and bugs would enhance comfort.

Just came back from an awesome group vacation with friends! We stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 2 nights. Had a blast exploring Lake Winnie and checking out Northgate for some shopping. Breakfast was solid, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!

Very good lingerie

Hi, in an internet that really works, I had a lot of problems sending and receiving files, worst thing is that the manager didn't believe in the inconvenience of connection until another guest arrived with the same problem. They need to improve the quality of the internet for social networks which is currently the way to maintain contact between people. They need to improve the internet service
